2/8/2010 Sonos participates in "Stand With Haiti" at UMass Amherst - A Benefit Concert for Partners in Health

As of now, the following confirmed performers are on tap for that
evening: Erin McKeown, Tehillah (St. John's Congregational Church
Gospel Choir); Joe Velez and Creacion (smooth Latin jazz); UMass Jazz
Ensemble I, the Young at Heart Chorus and the FlavaEvolution Quartet,
Haitian American poet Lenelle Moïse, the UMass Step Team, the Haitian
Amercian Student Assoc. dance group, the South Asian Student
Association Dance team, Casa Dominicana's dance group Cayena, the
DooWop Shop and other special guests. The details of the concert are
still evolving so be sure to check the Fine Arts Center website www.fineartscenter.com for updates. Tickets are $20; $10 for students and youth 17 and under.

Stand for Haiti has come together through the generous efforts of
partners such as WFCR/WNNZ, the Center for Student Development, the
UMass Dept. of Music and Dance, the Haitian American Student
Association, the City of Springfield - University of Massachusetts
Amherst Partnership, the UMass Alumni Association, the Amherst Chamber
of Commerce, WGBY, 93.9 The River, the Valley Advocate, the Daily Hampshire Gazette, The Recorder, Hampshire Hospitality Group, and the Northampton Arts Council.
Our goal is to raise as much money as we can for Partners in Health's relief efforts in Haiti.

The UMass Fine Arts Center is producing a benefit concert for Haiti Relief
on Thursday evening, February 11 at 7PM in the Concert Hall. All
proceeds from the concert will go directly to Partners in Health (PIH).
PIH has been working on the ground in Haiti for over 20 years. PIH
works to bring modern medical care to poor communities in nine
countries around the world. The vast majority of PIH staff are local
nationals based in the communities they serve.
